Shipping Details: We'll send your order to the U.S. address you give us. Once it leaves our hands, we can't be responsible for any losses.

About Shipping Costs (S&H): S&H covers the costs of getting your order ready and sent out to you. If you ask for something special, like quicker delivery or special packaging, it might cost a bit more. We do our best to estimate delivery times, but they're not set in stone and can change based on your requests. We only ship on weekdays, and S&H costs can vary.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: Expect your order in about 3-7 business days if you place it by noon (EST).

• Two-day Shipping: Your order should get to you in 2 business days if you order by noon (EST). Orders placed after noon on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday and should arrive in 2 business days. Some items might not be eligible for this option, and if we try to deliver more than once, it could cost more. This service isn't available in all areas.

• Overnight Shipping: Order by noon (EST) and your items should arrive the next business day. Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Some larger items might not qualify, and additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges. This option isn’t available everywhere.

 

Special Notes:

• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico should arrive in about 7 to 10 business days.

• At the moment, we don't ship to international destinations or outside the contiguous U.S., nor do we deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Pre-order Information: Pre-ordering lets you purchase "preview" items that will be sent out at a future date specified for each product. The countdown to your delivery starts from the shipment date listed on the product's page.

Making Returns & Exchanges:

You're welcome to return any unopened items in their original packaging within 7 business days. Here's what you should know:

• You'll need to cover the return shipping costs.

• After we receive and check your item(s), we'll process a refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 30 days.

Gift Certificates: currently, Crown does not offer gift certificates.

 

Price Adjustments:

Our prices can change. If you have any questions or need a price adjustment, just give us a call at 702-466-7576. While we strive for pricing accuracy, mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect lower price, we'll charge the lower amount when shipping your order. If it's listed too low, we'll get in touch for directions before shipping, or cancel the order and inform you if we can't reach you within 15 days.

Order Cancellation:

To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at 702-466-7576 to see if it's still possible. If your order is already packed and ready for shipping, you can reject the delivery, and we'll process a refund once it's returned to our facility.

 

Your Online Account:

For a smoother shopping experience, register with Crown. You won't need to re-enter your shipping or credit card details for future purchases, and you can check your order status anytime. Sign up or log in here.

Your card is approved for the total order amount at checkout, but you're only charged when your items ship. Orders exceeding your credit limit will be automatically canceled.

 

PayPal's Pay in 4 option lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, starting with a down payment at purchase. It's available for orders between $30 and $1,500, but not to residents of Missouri or Nevada.

 

Sales Tax: Crown applies sales tax only to IN (Indiana) at this time. ALL orders shipped in Indiana will follow state regulations. Indiana sales tax will be calculated accordingly.
